How do I place an order for TealCloset footwear?

Follow these steps:
Click on a product to go to the product page.
For the product, add your chosen size to cart, by clicking on the ‘Add to cart’ button.
Review the products you selected by clicking on ‘My cart’.
To delete a product from your shopping cart, click on the ‘Remove’ button next to the product.
To finalize your purchases, click ‘Secure checkout’ and follow the instructions.

Where do you source your footwear?

All our footwear is sourced from different manufacturers within India, and the country of manufacture is also India.

FAQ About Lifetime Replacement

Do you offer lifetime replacement even for footwear on sale?

Yes, the lifetime replacement offer is also applicable to footwear on sale. However, any footwear purchased on sale is not eligible for warranty or returns. [ It will not matter as you can replace such shoes at any time]

What happens to the footwear we return under the lifetime replacement offer?

Your old footwear is recycled, or handed over to charity after repairs, based on the state of the footwear. We are tying up with charities in different locations to benefit the needy.

Do I have to replace my purchase within 3 years, as per the lifetime replacement offer? What happens after 3 years?

You are keep welcome to keep our footwear forever. However, the replacement offer is only valid for 3 years from date of purchase. After 3 years, you can hand over the old footwear for recycling or charity directly.

Are the replacement footwear covered under the warranty and exchange policy?

Yes, all replacement footwear is also covered under the warranty policy. Please retain your invoice to avail all benefits.

Can I keep replacing my shoes every 6 months?

Yes, you can order a replacement pair every 6 months, under the lifetime replacement offer. We will collect your old footwear at time of delivery of new footwear.

FAQ about Shipping Footwear

Can you ship footwear in a single order to different addresses?

No, you can select only one shipping address during the checkout process. If you wish to ship multiple products (as gifts) to different locations, then please place separate orders for each address. You can contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

Can I change my delivery address once the order is dispatched?

No, you cannot change the delivery address once we dispatch your order.

What are the shipping charges per order?

A shipping charge of INR 99, inclusive of taxes, is added for each order. At this time, you cannot set the shipping location for our products outside India. Please mail us at [email protected] for overseas orders. During a promotion, we also offer free shipping for certain products, dates or locations. Unless the free shipping offer is applicable to your order, standard shipping charges will apply.

How much time does it take to deliver my shoes?

All orders placed with us are shipped via reputed courier and logistic partners such as Blue dart, or Indian Postal Service, depending on the location of delivery. You can expect your order to reach you within 7 working days, from date of order confirmation. We will send you a confirmation email, along with a tracking number, once we dispatch your order. Can I add footwear to an order already placed?

No, you cannot add a product to an order or combine two orders together. You can place a new order for the additional product; else please cancel your order and place a new one with all the product you desire.
