Shipping Policy

Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how it applies to you. You can also refer to the FAQ for more information.

Outside India: To a limited number of countries, we will ship all orders above INR 10000 (duties to be paid by the customer). Shipping charges will be calculated by our courier partners and it varies from country to country. On international orders custom duty may be applicable and the user (customer) is liable for the same. Kindly email us at [email protected] and refer to our shipping policy before placing such orders.

Within India: On certain occasions, during promotions or sales, we offer free shipping on all orders above INR 3000. Except on such occasions, we charge a flat rate of Rs. 99 for shipping all orders, anywhere in India. You can see the shipping charges once you are ready to checkout your order. All shipping taxes or octroi charges are paid by us and not by the customer.

We always attempt to ship all your products together in a single shipment. However, based on product model or size unavailability, some products may ship later than others.

We will ship each order to a single address. In case you wish to ship to multiple addresses, kindly place multiple orders on the store. In case of any concerns you can write to us at [email protected]

We will process and ship your order the next day from date of payment confirmation. The date of delivery will be known once our courier partners confirm the transit time to your address and share a tracking number. In ordinary circumstances, the order should reach you within 5-7 working days, however it may take longer due to national holidays or other business reasons. Any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any potential delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure, for which we will not be responsible.

On certain occasions or for certain pin codes, we will use India Post as our delivery partner. The speed post tracking page for consignments is here. Barring exceptions, you will receive the tracking code for tracking your order within 1 day of shipping.

If an order is not delivered, it could be due to the following reasons:

  1. Incorrect or incomplete address of the recipient
  2. Refused delivery by recipient
  3. No recipient available, or if the delivery attempt fails.

In case your order is not delivered, kindly contact us at [email protected] . We will reach out to you to resolve this. In case you do not receive an order tracking number after confirmation of shipping, you can also reach out to us for query resolution. We will address all pertinent issues as per our shipping policy.
