Footwear Warranty and Returns Policy

Warranty and ReturnsAt Tealcloset.com, we understand the importance of quality, as part of your lifestyle, and in our products. We make sure that every product that we sell is quality checked, and provides the optimal brand experience to our customers. As per our warranty and returns policy, in case you face an issue in our product during normal use, you can get free repairs done by shipping your shoes to our company address. You will have to bear one way shipping costs. Alternatively, you can also drop them with us, and pick them up from our office, yourself. Please reach us at [email protected] for more details, with a copy of your invoice.

We offer this product warranty for three months from date of purchase, for all non-sale products, that you order from our website. At the end of the product warranty period, the lifetime product replacement policy also applies for all eligible products.  Kindly review our product replacement policy for more information.

Product Returns Policy

At Tealcloset.com we also allow you to return or exchange a product under our product warranty and returns policy. Our objective is to make sure that every shoe that reaches you is well made, free from defects and as per your desire. If  for some reason, you feel that you received a damaged or defective pair, you can return them to us by contacting us at [email protected] within 10 days of delivery of the purchased products.  You will need to share a photo of the damaged product along with the email.

Before returning any products, you must request an authorization to return the products.  You can contact us by sending us an email at [email protected]. For all returns or exchanges, kindly ensure the product is packed in the same way it was packed and sent to you.

The following conditions apply for a product return or exchange:

1. All TealCloset products should be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original sales receipt and in original packing.

2. Any products altered or repaired by an external repair service will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

3.All shoes should be tried on a clean surface and kept clean until you are certain you are keeping them. Footwear that is returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles will not be accepted for return or exchange.

After inspection and review, we will confirm whether the footwear are in an acceptable condition or not. Such as

1. Name/image/brand/serial number should match and MRP tag should be clearly visible.

2. The products should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and not tampered with.

3. The products should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.

4. The product’s original packaging/box should be undamaged.

This confirmation after inspection will be sent to you within 5 working days after we receive the returned products.

Product Exchange Policy

If you have issues with the shoe fit or size, you can also return or exchange them in unworn condition, with original packing, within 10 days of delivery. We offer exchange of purchased shoes only if products are not on sale, and are of similar style and model. Exchanging a product for a more suitable size is free of charge, however all such exchanges depend on current stock availability. Exchange cannot be done for a different color or style. 

If you still wish to exchange products within the return period, we recommend that you return your order for a refund and place a new order with the different style or color. Please get in touch with us at [email protected] and inform us about your size preferences. Please mention your order number in the communication about the product returns. If available, we will ship you another pair, as per your communications, once we receive confirmation of pickup of original pair. This exchange is only applicable once, for more details do consider our warranty and returns offer.

Order Cancellation

In case if you would like to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of the order payment. You can email us with the details of your order to be cancelled before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded. In case the items you have ordered have been shipped but have not yet been delivered to you, you may still write an email to us and we will arrange a reverse pick up once they have been delivered.

Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered items back, in sealed condition, from the courier.  However, after confirmation of delivery, products can only be returned or exchanged as per our return policy,  or repaired as per the warranty policy.

Refund

For cancelled orders we will refund the money if the order has not shipped, and we are in receipt of the product in its original nature/condition. If the product has already shipped, please email us to confirm order cancellation. Refund will be initiated once the products are received back by us. The refund shall be in the way the payment was made. We use RazorPay as our payment partner.

We will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account from which the payment was made.

The Management’s decision with regard to damaged/defective products and/or issuance of refund shall be final and binding. Further, the Management reserves the unilateral right to modify/alter the aforesaid conditions/policy for warranty and returns without prior notice and the same shall be final and binding.
